All events and alarms are sent via text message to cell phones, pagers, PDA's and by e-mail, instantly. No dedicated computers or software is needed. Portals offer site status, frequent updates, polling, event/alarm history, event/alarm reports, maintenance and service logs, mapping to show the location and status of all sites, and site setup.
